You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Maximise AI Ltd bears no responsibility or liability for any consequences resulting from the use, publication, or distribution of AI-generated content. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any damages, losses, or negative consequences arising from the publication or use of generated content
• Account suspensions, penalties, or bans on any platform where the content is shared
• Legal issues or disputes arising from the content's accuracy, appropriateness, or legality
• Reputational damage or business losses related to the use of generated content
• Copyright or intellectual property claims related to generated content
• Any conflicts or misunderstandings arising from the content's tone, meaning, or implications

7.3 Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms or services (including but not limited to social media platforms, content hosting services, or publishing platforms) in response to your use or publication of AI-generated content. This includes account restrictions, content removal, or any other enforcement actions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
