Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered within the first 48 hours of a new subscription if you haven't used the service. Email us at hello@maximiseai.com to request a refund and it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Technical issues that prevent service usage may qualify for a refund. Email us at hello@maximiseai.com to request a refund and it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
